We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it and receive a refund of the original purchase price.  Item must be returned within 10 working days and in its original condition.  Returned items must be returned in secure packaging with insurance (for the full purchase amount) to 1325 S. Nucleus Avenue, Columbia Falls, MT 59912. The refund will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.  Items that are custom made or altered cannot be returned.

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days for all in-store items.  Special orders and alterations will take longer, of course.  Orders are normally shipped via USPS priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.
